Carolyn Paustian Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2023, at the age of 95, Carolyn Paustian of Walcott, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Kluever and Ruby Kluever (Wiese); her husband Dale H. Paustian; her brothers, Aaron Kluever (Janet) and Alvin Lamp (Mardelle); her nephew Lee Lamp; and her niece Karen Ross.

She is survived by: her children, Kent Paustian (Marcia) of Walcott, Darsa Clay (James) of Kansas City and Ross Paustian (Carol) of Walcott; and her grandchildren, Matt Paustian (Jen), Mike Paustian (Amy), Terri Hansen (Nate), Tracy Deal (Chris), Tom Paustian (Meagan), Jenny Paustian (Allen Callender), Ryan Clay (Maggie) and Jamie Clay (Chuck Pitman). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church or the Walcott Fire Department.
