He is survived by: his parents, John Tank and Leona Tank (Wenndt); his spouses, Mary E. Sourdiff and Gwen J. Wooldridge; his children, Joan Kaasa (Tom) of Davenport and David Tank of Springfield, KY; his siblings, Shirley Weston (Joe), Janice Simmons, Marian Stroupe (Bob), Sharon Meister (John), Theresa Hodges (Jack), Robert Tank (Sharon), Mel Tank, Alvin Tank (Nancy) and John Tank Jr (Kathy); his grandson Zachary Tank of Springfield, KY; his brother Terry Tank; and also, Step-Grandchildren, Bettendorf, Brandon Swanson, Nicole Payton (Chad) and Bowling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
