She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Hurst and Helen Hurst (Williams); her spouse Dale Alpers; and her sister Glenith Slager. She is survived by: her sons, Duane D. Alpers (Danielle) of Windsor Heights, Drew D. Alpers (Sheryl) of Billings, MT and Daryl D. Alpers (Colleen) of Cedar Rapids; and her sisters, Bonnie Roster (Larry) of Vinton and Karen Tennyson (Jerry) of Rowley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
