Nelson of Vinton, Iowa, born in Garrison, Iowa, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Nelson and Eathel Nelson; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his wife Illa; his nieces and nephews, Steve and Shelley; his daughters, Donna Fiferlick, Connie Heineman (Dan), Tracie Nelson and Kim Pickering (Trace); and his grandchildren, Elissa Fiferlick, Melia Zaruba (Joshua), Blake Fiferlick (Steph), Sarah Johnson (Cody), Zach Heineman (Claire), Samie, Shelby Pickering and Daisy. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
