He was predeceased by: his brothers, Douglas Loring Follensbee of Salem, Wisconsin, Marvin Lee Follensbee (Delores) of Chippewa Falls and Kenneth Allen Follensbee (Mary) of Kenosha, Wisconsin.. He is survived by: his children, Carla of Marion and Bryon of Winterset, Iowa; his wife Evelyn Yvonne Forsyth; his brother Jim; and his niece Kim Kaiser (Denny) of Chippewa Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed either to the First United Methodist Church of Marion or Unity Point Hospice.
