He is survived by: his children, Eddie Tuttle and Hazel Burkhart Tuttle; and his siblings, Richard Tuttle (Marlene) of Vinton, Leila Williams of Vinton, Aaron Tuttle (Ramona) of Vinton, Joanne Roster (Marvin) of Vinton and John Tuttle (Jul) of Vinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
