She is survived by: her husband Gerald of Van Horne; her children, Christi Usher (Nathan Blair), Elizabeth Stout (Shane Streeter), Urbana Stout, Joseph Stout and Van Horne; and her grandchildren, Tayten, Zeb, Zoe, Waukeen, Sarah and Gunner. She is also survived by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
