He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Jeff Smalley (Teresa) and Brett Smalley (Mindy); his grandchildren, Matthew Smalley (Elaina) and Mindy Thornton (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Vincent Smalley, Jensen and Jemma Thornton.
