He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Elwick and Kethyn Elwick (Vinton); his wife Judy Matters; his sister Doris Cook (Chan); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Reed and Janet Elwick.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Melissa), Andrew (Carol) and Mikel; his grandchildren, Drew, Abigail, Maggie, Cable and Lars; and his siblings, Keith, Ruth Reed and Nancy Lausar (Dennis).
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Vinton Lutheran Home, or to the family to be shared with organizations dear to Ron's heart.
