He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Cummings and Ethel Seely Cummings; and his sister Maxine. He is survived by: his children, Michael Cummings, Jen Kuhn (Mitch), Ryan Cummings, Sandy Severson (Tim) and Amber Caruso; his brother Bill Cummings; and his grandchildren, Leah, Kaitlyn Kuhn, Jacob Kisner and Jared Klinger.
