He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Rouse and Fish; and his siblings, Warren Rouse, Doris Kennedy, Linda Bray and Rose Lancos.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Hurst; his children, Dawn Gillmeister, Chad Rouse (Jen), Kent Chesmore and Jason Chesmore (Hydie); his grandchildren, Trey, Cody, Astyn, McKenna, Cassie, Carli, Korrey and Joel; and his siblings, Roger Rouse (Tina Fowler), Diana Burke and LaDonna Fairbanks (Brian).
