He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wheeler and Ruby Wheeler (Lint); and his siblings, Linda and Gary. He is survived by: his wife Leanna Davis; his children, Toby Wheeler (Cheyenne) of Vinton, Johnny Wheeler of Vinton, Randy Wheeler (Chelsea Holladay) of Shellsburg, Jenna Wheeler of Vinton and Lonnie Wheeler (Heather) of Vinton; and his brothers, Jimmy Wheeler (Sri) of Vinton and Donnie Wheeler (Claudette) of Vinton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
