He is survived by: his wife Pam of Vinton; his son Rod Hepker (Tammy) of Vinton; his stepdaughter Rhonda Hepker (Rick Mahoney) of Griswold; his siblings, David Covington of Hawaii and Kris Whisenhunt of Cedar Rapids; and his grandchildren, Aspen, Jesse, Aurora, Zach and Jimmy.
