She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Sr. Clark and Edith Marie Clark (Hardy); her husband Albert Russell Ullrich Sr.; and her siblings, Evelyn, Genette, Albert, Harold, William Jr, Homer and Oren.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Stastny (James) of Shellsburg, Iowa and Albert Russell Ullrich Jr. (Arlene) of Shellsburg; her sister Bonnie Marie Clark of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her brother-in-law Jim Ullrich of West Burlington, Iowa.
