She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Francis and Margaret Cote (Christiansen); her husband Donald Joseph Martin; and her son Lance R. Polly. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Peters (Dennis), Steven Polly, Shane Polly, Cameron Polly (Felecia) and Wilbur Peters II. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.

She volunteered at local organizations and donated to several as well.
