He is survived by: his parent Chris Johnson of Cedar Rapids; his siblings, Lynn and Stacey Farmer; his adoptive parents, Lynn Farmer of Vinton and Stacey Chamberlain-Farmer of Vinton; his mother Candace Van Fossen (Dustin) of Tama; his siblings, Tyler Weems (Marissa) of Colorado Springs, CO, Emily Miller of Cedar Rapids, Austyn Farmer of El Paso, TX, Tia Burke of Vinton, Beau Vinton of Vinton, Maddie Farmer of Vinton, Virginia Farmer of Vinton and Jesse Farmer of Vinton; his nephew Benjamin Weems; and his nieces, Patriot Weems, Lillie Weems and Claira Hartman.
