He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Hoover and Alice Hoover (Davis); his daughter Kim Schneider; his grandchildren, Evan Hoover, Nick Schneider, Morgan Schneider (Dameon Gray), Kayla Schneider (William Hines, Jr.) and Nash Schneider; and his great grandchildren, Arya Gray and Harper Hines.
