He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold and Erma Grace Reid Dake; his son Mike; his siblings, Darrel Dake (Katherina) and Darlene Krug (Glenn); his son-in-law Bill Lazenby; his great grandchild Asher; and his father-in-law Clem Lynch.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Lynch; his children, Teresa Lazenby, Van Horne, Lori Harris and Jeff Dake; his brother Lyle Dake (Marilyn) of Lawrenceville, IL; and his mother-in-law Delores Lynch. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established.
