She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton B. Mealey and Velma Mealey (Fife); her brother Robert Mealey; and her son-in-law Timothy Gerhart. She is survived by: her husband Marlyn Duncan; and her children, Robert Ripperdan (Kathy), Cynthia Kerstetter (Keith), Judith Staab (Jerry), Janet Gerhart and Jon Duncan (Claire). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

A memorial fund has been established.
