She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Hootman and Jessie Hootman (Guthrie); her children, Kent Noeller of Vinton, Kendra Tuttle of Vinton and Kerry Noeller of Vinton; her grandchildren, Josh Tuttle, Nikki Tuttle and Braxton Usher; and her great grandchildren, Daylin Nichole Willis and Dillon William Willis.
