He is survived by: his children, John Lacey Jr. (Trisha) of Altoona, Christopher Lacey (Janet) of Vinton and Mary Guyer (Monte) of Clermont; his grandchildren, Patrick, Alex Thomsen, Keith, Adelle Henkle, Brogan, Declan Lacey, Quinn, Ian Marron, Wesley, Ella Lacey, Mitchell Guyer (Jennifer), Dustin Guyer (Samantha Lee), Casey and Tanner Guyer; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Harper, Brooklynn and Dominic Guyer; his siblings, Joanna Manriquez (Jerry) of San Jacinto, Patty Frazier (Loren) of Council Bluffs and Jim Lacey of Boone; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Lacey of Georgia and Karon Lacey of Ankeny.
