He is survived by: his wife Sonja Kimm; his children, Matthew Kimm (Amy Thomas), Liberty Schuelka, Breanna Uthoff, Annie Lerch, Brittani Perez (Cody) and Hannah Kimm (Michael Urbanek); his siblings, Jason Schuelka (Angelina Hunter), John Schuelka III (Shelly) and Jolene Schuelka; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh Schuelka, Cody Jr., Sophia Ann Perez and LeRoy Swallon.
