He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lerch and Darlene Lerch (Willmott); and his brother Chuck Lerch. He is survived by: his wife Ellie Tuttle; his children, Brenda Greenwood (Tom), Teresa Bailey (Jeff), Jason Lerch (Britton), Jeremy Lerch (Crystal) and Nathan Lerch (Ruby); and his siblings, Connie McKinley, Carol Behrle, Garold Lerch (Barb) and Marvin Lerch (Marsha). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harvest Four Square Church (1201 C Ave, Vinton, IA 52349). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Cox Cemetery.
