He is survived by: his wife Marvel Belknap; his children, Steven and Brenda Delgado (Cruz); his grandson Jacob Useman; his siblings, Gary Netser (Kathy), Jeff Netser, Janice Trumphold (Henry), Becky Trieschmann (Mike) and Debra Netser; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Erickson, Linda Belknap and Dwight Belknap (Elaine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
