She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Cress and Erma Cress (Van Fossen); her husband David John Boddicker; and her siblings, Lorena Fern Karr, Decie Mason, Alberta Mason, Doris Haefner and Roy Cress.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Boddicker of Newhall and Jodi Benson (Michael) of Newhall; her grandchildren, Nicholas Boddicker, Zachery Boddicker, Michael Boddicker (Emily), Hailey Jacobs (Dalton) and Brett Benson (Ali Haefke); and her sisters, Marilyn Kolsrud and Anna Mae Witherell. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Paul Catholic Church - Newhall (306 3rd St E, Newhall, IA 52315). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the St. Patrick & St. Paul Cemetery (2674 Co Trunk Rd E66, Watkins, IA 52354). A reception was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church - Newhall (306 3rd St E, Newhall, IA 52315).
