He is survived by: his children, Paul Nielsen of Walker, Roberta Cady of Center Point, Richard Nielsen (Lisa) of Calmar, Larry Nielsen (Marilyn) of Walker, Terry Nielsen (Donna) of Center Point and Rebecca Hergert (Jeff) of Boone; and his siblings, William Nielsen of Marion and Martha Walters of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
