Donald R. Erickson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald R. Erickson in Vinton, Iowa, who passed away on December 21, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Erickson and Clara Ida Moser Erickson; his wife Virginia M. Neve; and his siblings, Mabel Williams, Edith Gustafson, Carl, Glenn and Kenneth Erickson.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Erickson (Sue) of Vinton, Christine Harms of Iowa City and Cathy Hummel (Dennis) of Vinton; and his close friend Edna Winsor of Vinton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials will be directed to the Vinton Lutheran Home.
