She was predeceased by: her parents, Vertus Wolf and Anna Belle Wolf (Nessler); her husband Danny Phelps Sr.; and her siblings, Dewey Wolf and Sharen Stueck.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Phelps Jr. of Vinton, Diana Miller (Ken Shuffield) of Cameron, TX and Debbie Phelps of Vinton; her grandchildren, Ricky, Cory and Amber; and her sister Idamae Stanek (Wes) of Independence.
