He was predeceased by: his son Elijah Cretin; his grandparents, John, Doris Cretin, Evelyn Cretin, William and Catherine Roberta Kriegel; and also Grace Coller.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Cretin and Elizabeth Cretin (Kriegel) of Eldora; his wife Teresa Coller; his children, Isaac, Anna and Evan Cretin; his brothers, Brian Cretin of Eldora and Curtis Cretin of Ankeny; his in-laws, Jim and Sharon Coller of Center Point; his brother-in-law Brian Coller (Penny); his niece Alexa; his nephew Matthew; his brother-in-law Jeffery Coller (Laura); and his nieces and nephews, Andrew and Piper.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. John the Xxiii Catholic Church - Fairfax (8100 Roncalli Dr SW, Fairfax, IA 52228). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (9198 St Patricks Rd SW, Fairfax, IA 52228).
