Mildred A. Horton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred A. Horton of Vining, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphons Graden and Maureen Graden (O'Neil); her siblings, John, Ruth Graden-Steckler and Dale Kraft; and her siblings-in-law, Faye Graden, Victor Klein, Fred Steckler and Jack Hill.
She is survived by: her husband George Horton; her siblings, Norman, Erin Klein and Joann Al-Absy (Ahmad); and her siblings-in-law, Terry Kraft and Susan Hill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the University of Iowa Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center for research.
