She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blair and Dorothy Hall Blair; and her daughter Martha Fisher. She is survived by: her husband Leo Goebel; and her children, Sherry Girard (Ray) of Winchester, NH, Sandy Weldon (Bob) of Quimby, IA and Joe Goebel (Kiane) of Coon Rapids, IA. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center (800 Willson Ave, Webster City, IA 50595). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
