He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Thomas; his wife Marsha Bloom; his children, Kristi (Tony Vance), Julie (Tom Kaufman), Brett (Stacy Shepherd), Barb (Pat Swanson), Tony (Misty Shepherd), Nick (Beth Shepherd), Kari Bloom (Shawn Cooper) and Kati Hansen; his grandchildren, Cameron, Tayler Vance, Drew Vance, Zach, Brandon Kaufman, Avery, Jaylenne, Addison Shepherd, Landon Nordquist, Connor, Devan, Danielle, Ryan Swanson, Eliza, Grace Shepherd, Chloe, Ethan, Bailey Shepherd, Layla Hansen, Gus, Gilman and George Cooper; his great grandchildren, Willa Vance, Jaxson, Colin, Cali and Zach; his siblings, Carolyn Hauson, Dave (Ruth Ann Shepherd), Craig (Janet Shepherd) and Jann (Ron Almquist); and his brothers-in-law, Gary Hookham (Sandy) and Fred Bryson.
