He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Brown; his wife Sandy; his daughter LuAnn Mead; his siblings, Kristi Ferguson (Rob) and Bob Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Jake Tugel and Joan Brown.
He is survived by: his mother Fern Brown (Hultquist) of Villisca, Iowa; his children, Scott, Robin Andersen (Rich Bielenberg) of Harlan, Iowa, Roger Brown (Wendi) of Ankeny, Iowa and Scotty Brown (Shelley) of Underwood, Iowa; his son-in-law Chris Mead of Glenwood, Iowa; his siblings, Ron Brown of Villisca, Iowa, Linda Klieman (Tom) of Kewanee and Vicky Tugel of Carlisle, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Elinor Brown. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other family and many friends.
