He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton "Buddy" Johnson and Irene Johnson (Anderson). He is survived by: his sisters, Jan Arkfeld (Ron) of Defiance, IA and Lana Bruning of Council Bluffs, IA; his niece Diana Olson; his nephews, Ryan Bruning, Steven Olson (Tova) and Jonas Bruning; his great-niece Abigail Bruning; and his great-nephew Emmett Olson. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives.
