He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Theodore and Verna Frances Steinbach (Glidden); his wife Hannah Steinbach; his granddaughter Brittany Steinbach; his great grandchild Rhykin Steinbach; and his brother Frannie Steinbach.
He is survived by: his children, Dee Dee Howard of Baxley, Georgia, Clarence Steinbach, Sr. (Tonya) of Corning, IA, Heather Roshto (James) of Villisca, IA and Tommy Steinbach (Cherry) of Villisca, IA; and his siblings, Jake Steinbach (Mary) of St. Edward, NE, Dave Steinbach (Mary Sue) of Missouri Valley, IA, Jim Steinbach of Council Bluffs, IA, Jack Steinbach of Sergeant Bluff, NE, Floyd Steinbach of Fulton, NE, Hilda Johnson of Albion, NE and Helen Romshek of Hastings, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and many friends.
