He was predeceased by : his parents, William "Lowell" Jack and Phyllis Joan Slaymaker Jack; his siblings, Randy Jack and Diane Stowell; his niece Danelle Stowell; and his pet Eli.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Kochuyt Jack of Victor; his daughters, Mandy Dickel (Danny) of Marengo, Erica Sherman of Cedar Rapids and Cari Jack (Brian) of Milford; his grandchildren, Wesley, Austin, Logan, Mackenzie, Alexander, Jalyn, Hayden, Finnigan, Judah, Charalesa, Jillian, Jessie, Dustin and Emily; his siblings, Terry Jack (Vicki), Doug Jack (Erika) and Dana Rickels (Dean); his brother-in-law Dan Stowell; and his aunt Nancy Weisskopf. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to family for a future dedication.
