He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Paul John Scandridge and Mary Margaret Scandridge (Thys); his wife Jeannine Scandridge of Victor; his children, Kristin Nunnelley (Houston) of Victor and Brien Scandridge (Brittany) of Waukee, IA; his grandchildren, Haven, Hudson, Lynnea, Marielle and Alora; and his siblings, Dan Scandridge of Hartwick, IA and Jean Pozzi of Bend, Oregon..

Jim had strong faith in God that laid the foundation for his entire life.
