She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Vincent and Mary Helen Roshek Ceynar; her former husband Walter Meyer; her husband Walter Foels; her son Stanley Foels; her grandson Timothy Foels; her siblings, Genevieve Hilligas and Arnold Ceynar; and her brother-in-law Donnie Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest Meyer (Linda) of Victor, Marilyn Kriegel (Francis) of Victor, Larry Meyer (Terri) of Eagle Grove, James Foels (Elsie) of Brooklyn, Richard Foels (Beverly) of Oskaloosa and Milly Purvis (Carl) of Guernsey; her daughter-in-law Blanche Foels of Pittsville, Maryland; and her siblings, Dolores Meyer of Amana and Rev. Marvin Ceynar (Barbara) of New Hope, Minnesota. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be designated to the Evelyn Foels Memorial Fund.
