He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bastian and Gertrude Ball Bastian; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Louise McClenathan of Victor; his daughters, Denise Creps (Richard) of Grinnell and Julie Christensen (Scott) of Colona, Illinois; his grandchildren, Katie, Alex, Mickey Christensen, Ryan Creps (Julie Mesner) and Toshia Creps Sharp (Travis); his great grandchildren, Maverick and Beau Sharp; and his sister Bernice Woodward.
