She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Collier Mead and Berneice Louise Mead (Juilfs); her husband Richard Hawkins; her son Jeffrey Dean Hawkins; and her brother-in-law Paul Roehs.
She is survived by: her children, Jill McCallister (John) of Victor, Kevin Hawkins (Maria) of Ladora and Bruce Hawkins (Becky) of Ladora; her daughter-in-law Michelle Hawkins of Ladora; her grandchildren, Josh Thys, Jerica Gritsch, Michael McCallister (Brittni), Sarah Thuente (Marcus), Terry Hawkins (Jill), Lacey Schrader (Gabe), Wyatt Hawkins (Lauren), Josh Hawkins (Stacy), Adam Hawkins (Susan), Charles Hawkins (Ellie) and Angie Wolf (Kris); her great grandchildren, Avery, Ryker Gritsch, Tenley Heitman, Mae, Cade McCallister, Henry Thuente, Parker Schrader, Alexa, Lucas Benesh, Brenna, Lola, Bennett, Raylene, Cash and Memphis Hawkins; and her sisters, Kay Betz (Randall) of Marengo, IA and Jane Roehs of Lincoln City, OR..
