He is survived by: his wife Diane Sue Allen of Van Wert, IA; his children, Karen Allen (Joel), Todd Cook of Van Wert, IA and Shad Cook (Leslie); his siblings, Jim Allen of Lucas, IA and Mary Lynn Conway (Chris) of Monroe, IA; his siblings-in-law, Dick Cook (Shirley), Dan Cook (Carol), Doug Cook, Donna Norman Cook, Debbie Whistler (Jim) of Van Wert, IA and Doris Loy (Gary) of Murray, IA.; and his close friends, Cody Kistler (Christina), Christina Tripp of Murray, IA and Tara Norman Pankey (Logan). He is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.
