He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Kay Fullerton (Perry) of Van Wert and Harold Fullerton; his siblings, Patti Morales (Mark) of Corpus Christi, Texas and Rodney Fullerton (Amy) of Onaway, Michigan; his nieces and nephews, Alex (Caroline), Sara (Lamar), JohnMark (Jocelyn), Lauren and Michael; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elliot, Grace, Charlotte and Noah. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
