He was predeceased by: his father Allen Clyde Van Pelt. He is survived by: his wife Kristen J. Van Pelt; his mother Mary M. Van Pelt; his daughters, Megan Clark (Brian) and Shianne Brown (Zack); and his siblings, Steven Van Pelt, Matthew Van Pelt (Tammy), Brian Van Pelt (Angela) and Sharon Mills (Randy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Francis Hospice in Tulsa, Oklahoma or the American Cancer Society.
