She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew Leydens. She is survived by: her children, Matthew, Connie Maxwell (Doug) and Jane Whitney (Dennis); her grandchildren, Alexander Maxwell (Kathy), Emily Morgan (James) and Rebecca Flanigan; and her great grandchildren, Audrey Maxwell, William Flanigan, Alexandria and Adeline Morgan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Iowa Animal Rescue League in Ankeny, Iowa.
