He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cibert and Ruth Cibert (Freese); his sister Cindy Cibert; and his father-in-law Gerald Edward Straight. He is survived by: his wife Teena; his son Jeff Cibert (Sara); his grandchildren, Ethan and Logan; his daughter Janine Sego (Nathaniel); his grandchildren, Quinn and Reagan; and his sisters, Kathy Casey (Mark) and Linda Cibert. He is also survived by friends and family.
