He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Randy Hershley and Melvin Potthoff. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Potthoff of Van Meter and Lisa Potthoff of Van Meter; his siblings, Abbey, Austin and Anthony; and his grandmother Betty Potthoff of Manning. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
