It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Cranston of Van Horne, Iowa, born in Vinton, Iowa, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cranston and Irene Cranston of Van Horne, Iowa.; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Della Cantwell; his sister Holly Gefaller; his nephews, Todd Gefaller and Paul Noeller; and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Vomhof, Shirley Miller, Duane Tecklenburg, Donald Stevens, Lyle Miller and Ervine Vomhof.

He is survived by: his wife Patty Cantwell; his children, Rod (Michelle) of Cedar Rapids, Lorri Jackson (Dave) of Overland Park and Lissa Hundelt (Chris) of Overland Park, Kansas; his grandchildren, Madison Abercrombie (Dustin), Lukas Shearer (Jessica) and Jordan Shearer (Levi); his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Hudson and Layna; his stepgrandchildren, Carter Richardson, Cameron, Bailey and Caleb Hundelt; his brother Tom (Becky); his siblings-in-law, DeWayne Gefaller, Mary Jean Tecklenburg and Ellen Stevens; and his cousin Jean Kubu. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
