He is survived by: his children, Philip Smith of Van Horne and Janet Smith of Newhall; his grandchildren, Jarod Smith (Carrie) of Blairstown and Tom Smith (Abby) of Atkins; and his great grandchild Anessa Smith of Blairstown.
