She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brink and Golda Brink (Birkhofer); her husband Robert J. DeMey Sr.; her son Robert DeMey Jr.; her son-in-law Pete Emerson; and her siblings, George Jr. "Hoot" Brink, Katherine Kline (Raymond), Lila Christensen (Albert "Tab"), Joyce Meggers (Leonard), Donna Beerman (Charles), Bill Brink and John Brink.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Emerson of Iowa Falls, IA and Jodi Head (Mark) of Denison; her grandchildren, Megan Miller (Dan), Jered Head (Lexus) and Matthew Head; her great grandchildren, Tate Miller, Denver Miller, Gage Head, Kambri Head and Chesney Head; her brother Bob Brink (Christine); her sister-in-law Ruth Brink (Robert Sr.); and her siblings, Jack DeMey (Janice) of Denison, Ellen Brink of Dow City and Sharon Cue of Dunlap. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
