He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Meadows (Reimer) and Allen Meadows; his wife Aileen Meadows; his daughter Vicki Ann; his parents-in-law, Anna and Walter Amstein; his siblings, Royce Meadows and Marilyn Meseck (DuWayne); his brother-in-law Duane Amstein (Reiko); and his nephew Kevin Meseck.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Lee, Keith Allan, David Scott, Larry Meadows (Lavelle) of Ute, IA, Keith Meadows (Becky) of Soldier, IA and David Meadows (Judy) of Soldier, IA; his grandchildren, Derrick, Nicholas (Amber), Travis, Dylan (Marylin), Elizabeth and Emilee (Christian); his great grandchildren, Drake, Liam and Mila; his brother Butch Meadows (Carol); and his sister-in-law Linda Meadows. He is also survived by his dad, sons and grandsons.
